"I have been training with Gold Cobra Health and Fitness for almost 5 years now. In that time I have been able to shed 20kg of baby weight and achieve some pretty amazing fitness related goals. Starting out as a mum of a 4 month old baby it was very important to me that it was a “kid friendly” environment. I was always made to feel very comfortable and have made some lifelong friends as a result.
